Evo created this 32 lot rural residential and rural lifestyle development. Sharing the risk and returns with the developer and landowners. Evo delivered all project management for the subdivision from design and engineering through to construction of the finished development.
Zanders Road, included large scale ecological plantings of wetland and bush and the use of transferable titles to achieve the lot yield. By clearing flat scrub land and retiring steep land to pines the large remaining balance farm lot increased productive value by 50%. The finished development blended rural features with a high quality roading, fencing and services to all boundaries.
