In the Auckland suburb of Henderson this commercial subdivision had two stages – Winston and Paramount Place. The Evo team delivered project management through from planning to final construction all completed on time and on budget. The success of the first two stages led to a 50% partnership deal on the third stage of Tolich Place. The complete subdivision of 25 lots all of which sold within three years.
