This 25 lot subdivision in Kumeu was created as a joint venture development with the landowner. Evo delivered all project management for the subdivision; including a house and land package. Taking it from design and engineering through to construction of the finished development and sales within 2 years.

The existing landowner needed a partner they could trust to realise the potential in their land and manage the entire project from concept to completion

As part of this development the landowner was given the immediate capital they needed to build their dream home, on site, and ultimately achieved a sale price over the 2 year period that the market would not have met if they had sold without our help.
