Situated off Three Mile Bush Road, Karanui has become one of Whangarei’s most sought after subdivisions.

Combining Evo’s land development skills with clever urban design and high quality project management has created a subdivision with a community feel, set into an idyllic rural backdrop.

Combining the skills of Evo’s Land, Partnerships and Management teams we completed all layout, design, engineering and planning and then set to work creating a subdivision people wanted to call home.

By working with Evo to achieve a feasible settlement, the landowner was able to remain on their land in their existing dwelling and realise some of the potential in their land with Evo managing the entire project from concept to completion.

The Karanui development is 126 lots set over 70ha of land. This development needed to consider and respect significant archaeological and ecological areas. The ability to nestle a development of this scale comfortably into a sensitive environment that includes a Kiwi release area and short tailed bat breeding area on its boundary is a testament to Evo’s development knowledge and clever urban design team.
